If you, or any of your protected intellectual property, identifiably appears in any photograph or other content posted to the rex.chat or rexchatterjee.com websites or any social media account or page managed by Chatterjee Creative LLC and you would like such photograph or other content removed, please send a request via e-mail to takedowns@rex.chat detailing: (a) the photograph or content; (b) a description of where you encountered it; (c) a link to where you encountered it; (d) the date and approximate time of when you encountered it; and (e) your reason or basis for requesting the takedown, and a member of our team will respond promptly.

You agree that neither your submission of any takedown request pursuant to the above paragraph, nor any action taken by or on behalf of Chatterjee Creative LLC, shall serve in any way to evidence or imply any wrongdoing of any kind (including, for example and without limitation, the violation of any right of privacy or publicity, the violation of any copyright or trademark, or the violation of any other right, whether granted by statute, under common law, or via any other means) on the part of Chatterjee Creative LLC or its owners, members, or other affiliated or associated personnel, any client of Chatterjee Creative LLC, or other party associated in any way with Chatterjee Creative LLC, in connection with or related in any way to (including, for example and without limitation, the commissioning, capturing, storage, transmission, editing or publication of) any one or more photographs or other content denoted in any such takedown request.
